The Listen(n) Project is currently developing a touring exhibition that will launch during the National Parks Services Centennial Celebrations in 2016.
This exhibition includes a series of solo and collaborative media artworks based on acoustic ecology and heightened auditory engagement.
The exhibition will include the dynamic Listen(n) database streaming environmental field recordings, interactive mobile applications, immersive sound compositions and a published book and exhibition catalogue.
Aiming to empower and encourage communities to make contributions and have agency in the development of the Listen(n) project, a community portal will enable ongoing publishing of locative stories as audio, video, images and text from each location. This page will include further information on the touring exhibition in late 2015.
